Hi,
I will lease an office with my girlfriend and open a private business there. Is it okay to also set up a bed and sleep there everynight? Should i ask my landlord or keep it private?

Be careful. If he smells food cooking, or sees an unusual amout of water and electric being used, he might get suspicious. Ask first. It would be a good idea to offer more $$ to iffset the added use of light, electric, etc.

this should be noted in the lease agreement if it is indeed going to be an every night occurance.
I would not think your landlord would agree to let you live there.If you are determined to live there better keep it to yourself.
